General Regulations

1. If the instructor arrives at your home and your child doesn’t want to participate the class will not be made up or refunded. 

2. No refunds will be issued for canceled classes unless after the cancellation limit unless Ms. Kaitlyn has made an exception.

3. The instructor will notify the client 30 minutes before class starts time if a class needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.  

4. If the instructor cancels a class due to a personal emergency or weather-related reasons (lightning, thundering) They will reschedule the class or give a refund.  

5. A client receives 1 reschedule per every 6-class scheduled session, as long as the class is rescheduled 24hours or more prior to the class start time. This policy goes into effect once classes are scheduled. 

6. if a client is a no-call, no-show you will forfeit the class and it will not be made up, or refunded.

7. If the client arrives late to a class you will only receive the remaining time of the class we do not make that time up. Class time starts as soon as the instructor walks through the door.

8. If the pool you are using for lessons is closed for some reason and you cannot have class, the class will be canceled and you will forfeit the class. (since it is not our pool) no exceptions

9. If the instructor makes it through 15min or more of the class before weather cuts the lesson short the class will not be made up.

10. Clients signed up for a winter session or March-April classes must have a heated pool. If the pool isn’t heated and you feel it is too cold for your child we do not offer reschedules. Those classes would be forfeited. Please make sure your pool is heated!

11. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least a 8hr notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 8 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee for the lesson. 

12. During the lesson no other children are allowed in the pool.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your swim lessons. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.  We require at least 8 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 8 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee for the lesson. 

If we need to cancel a lesson due to weather conditions or any other reason, the instructor will contact you 30 minutes prior to the start of the lesson. We will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to reschedule the lesson, we will refund you the full fee for the lesson.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel lessons in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as health emergencies, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
